Contract

By choosing to purchase an item from the Babydaze website you are entering a legally binding agreement, which is governed by UK law.

Cancellation

You have a right to cancel within 7 days, commencing from the day after you’ve received your delivery from us.  If you wish to cancel, please write to us at enquiries@babydaze.co.uk, or our full postal address (found below).  If you wish to cancel, you must return to us, with its original packaging any goods we have supplied as soon as possible.  You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.  You will receive from us a full refund for the item/s which you have cancelled.
