Babydaze is now offering a premium delivery service with FedEx for just £6.95. Just select this option in checkout to guarantee your delivery for the very next day.

All items within the store are in stock and ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated. Occasionally there are items that are unavailable for immediate delivery and you will be notified immediately. All items are usually dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm and are delivered by either Royal Mail, Fed-Ex or Parcelforce depending on what it is, where it's going and how much it weighs. You will receive shipping notification on dispatch with details of any tracking information. There is a flat rate of £2.95 for orders below £100. Anything £100 or over is free. Local orders to postcodes HP19 through to HP22 are free of shipping charges and items will be delivered the same day.

We are currently offering free delivery when you have two or more toys in your shopping cart. Just browse the Toys category and select two or more toys with your order and have your whole order delivered absolutely free!

Like any internet business, we have to comply with the rules and regulations of selling on-line. By choosing to purchase an item from the Babydaze website you are entering a legally binding agreement, which is governed by UK law. You have a right to cancel within 7 days, commencing from the day after you’ve received your delivery from us. If you wish to cancel, please write to us at enquiries@babydaze.co.uk, or our full postal address (found below). If you wish to cancel, you must return to us, with its original packaging any goods we have supplied as soon as possible. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods. You will receive from us a full refund for the item/s which you have cancelled minus the shipping costs.

All payments in the online shop are made securely through your Google account or via PayPal; you don’t need a PayPal account, just a debit or credit card. All promotions must be taken within the dates shown or they will become invalid. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
